Vincent M. Guerrero Jr.
Beloved Stockton Native, Vincent “Vince” Martinez Guerrero Jr. was born September 29th 1969. He met his wife of thirty-five years, Terri Guerrero (Giminez) in 1985; Together they created their family- Destiny (33), Vanessa (31), Edward (29), Anthony (28) and Brianna (25). Over the years their family grew with eleven grandchildren- Gilbert, Nicholas, Adam, Anthony, Alias, Edward, Dimitri, Anthony, Abel, Ayden and Layla. Vince was well known throughout the community as being the best husband, father, grandfather and friend. There were laborers, there were carpenters and then there was him- an artist. He loved his craft and could build a home from start to finish. He was loved and respected by everyone who knew him and touched many hearts during the course of his life. He loved being around his children and grandchildren, fishing, spending time with all of his friends, visiting various places with his wife and valued time spent with his uncle Willie Tacardon. Vince strived to leave a smile on those around him and was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He was a huge fan of the San Francisco 49ers and loved attending games with his wife. No matter the situation, he never let fear stop him from living life to it’s fullest potential and often stated “there’s nothing in life to fear but fear itself”. Throughout his battle with Cancer, He kept his faith and remained positive. Surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren the Lord peacefully called him home on October 7th 2020. He is proceeded in death by his brother Dominic Guerrero, nephew Marcos Delgado, his father Vincent Guerrero, grandparents Octoviano & Juanita Guerrero, grandparents Consuelo & Florentino Tacardon, loved ones Wilma, Eddie and Delilah Rapadas as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He is survived by his mother Marie, step-mother Rosa, three sisters, brother and numerous nieces and nephews.
