Wallace Wheeler Quinn (Wally) was a third generation Stocktonian, born to Judge Thomas Brennan Quinn and LaVerne Wallace Quinn on July 20, 1941. He was the youngest of three children, with older siblings Thomas Brennan Quinn Jr. (Tim) and Ann Quinn Clark. Wally was part of the 2nd graduating class at Stagg High School in 1959, and continued on to the University of Oregon, where he competed on the golf team and received his Bachelor of Science in History.

Wally spent his career in insurance with California Casualty where he managed the Stockton, Sacramento, and Fresno Offices. Later in his career he did retirement and estate planning with VALIC, serving his clients at Dameron Hospital, San Joaquin Delta College, and throughout the community. Wally is survived by his wife, Claudia, his two children, Meghan and Timm, and his three grandchildren (Braden, Isabelle, and Kellan).

Growing up Wally was an avid golfer and enjoyed watching sports in person and on television. He was a San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers and Golden State Warriors fan. And of course he always rooted for the Oregon Ducks in any sport.

On June 21, 2023, Wallace Wheeler Quinn passed away at the age of 81. At his request, no services will be held.
