Obituary for Sokheama - Ros

Print
Sokheama Ros (1972-2020) was a loving father, brother, uncle, and friend. He escaped the horrors of the Cambodian Genocide at the young age of 10 and came to America to start a new life. He worked very hard every day to support those he loved, and cherished every moment with his brothers and family. He will always be remembered for his gentle kindness and the love he had for his family. He is preceded by his father Phann and his brothers Phalla and Sokhon. He leaves behind his mother, Ngam (84), his brothers Sareth of California (61), Saodarin of Massachusetts (52), Semontha of California (40), his partner Inn, his stepdaughter Erica, his daughter Emily, and their respective families. Though he left us far too young, he will be living on and giving the gift of life to others by becoming an organ donor. He will forever be in our hearts.

"Should a person do good, let him do it again and again. Let him find pleasure therein, for blissful is the accumulation of good." -Theravada (Buddha)
