Mary Jo Lira passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's hospital after a brief illness.

Mary Jo was born and raised in Willard and Springfield Missouri respectively.
She was the daughter of Velma and Roscoe Hurd.

Mary Jo leaves behind her son's, John and Bob (Nori) Lira. Sister, Sharon (Mel) Grabau, and cherished nieces, nephews, grand, and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by beloved husband, Tony. Her brothers R.G. and Paul Hurd, and sister, Virginia Hampshire.

Mary Jo's sweet disposition will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Graveside services will be February 8th. at noon, with an off-site reception immediately following.
