Manuel V. Sarraraz was born on September 23, 1929 in Fresno, CA to the late Librada & Fernando Sarraraz & entered into rest on July 23, 2021. He is preceded in death by his son Mark Sarraraz & grandchildren, Yolanda Villanueva & Joey Sandoval III. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Rosie, his children Susan (Rudy) Ponce, Sarah (Rene) Valverde, Socorro, Manuel Jr. (Annette), Sylvia & Ruben, 13 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren. Manuel worked at Peterson Manufacturing Tallow for 34 years as a truck driver. He loved to talk to everyone, reminisce & share stories. In his younger years he enjoyed golfing & camping, later in life he enjoyed going to the casinos, he always enjoyed spending time with family & friends. Manuel was an “inventor” of many useful things around the house & was an excellent handyman, passing his knowledge on to the next generations. Manuel was truly loved & will be deeply missed.
