Sister Major Parks Braggs accepted Christ at an early age. Later, became a member of Progressive Community Church, in Stockton, California, where she remained a faithful member.
Sister Major Parks Braggs was employed with San Mateo County Community College District for over 20 years until she retired.
A TIME TO MOURN
Sister Major Parks Braggs is preceded in death by her father, Theoleon Braggs, Mother, Minnie B. Murphy, (7) brother and (4) sisters.
SHE LEAVES TO CHERISH HER MEMORIES
One son, Travis Jenkins, Stockton, California and one daughter, Janice Pratts (Maurice) Grand Cane, Louisiana; (7) Brothers, John Reliford, Antonio Reliford (Lockey), Percy Braggs, Cory Bynum, Tom Murphy all of Louisiana, John Murphy (Marquita) of Houston, Texas; Nolan Murphy and Anthony Murphy (Pam) of California; (6) Sisters, Ruth Robinson, Inglewood, California, Maxine Braggs, Genevia Murphy, Virginia Murphy, Janet Murphy and Mary Murphy all of Louisiana; (2) Grandsons, (5) Granddaughters, (11) Great Grand Children and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and a Special Cousin Lula B. Theus.
