He leaves behind family and friends who will greatly miss him with heavy hearts and great memories. His immediate family include his only child, Julia Marie Garcia-Romero (Ignacio Romero) of Stockton, Partner of 19 years, Tally Palermo, his Father: George R. Garcia Sr., brothers George R. Garcia, Jr. and Jackie R. Garcia of Montana. His x-wife of 27 years and friend Linda Davis-Ford (Raymond Ford) of Idaho. Multiple Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews all of who had the great pleasure of his presence in their lives.

Dennis worked in several industries in the San Joaquin Valley which included Tilly Lewis Cannery, Kennedy Auto Wrecking, Noack Pump and Stockton Delta Pump. He was also well known in the Antique/Classic Car arena, at the Auctions, Flea Markets, Swap Meets and Antique Shows in that he was not only an avid collector/builder he also sold at many of these venues.

On a personal note, he was also the family prankster. Many a family member, friend or co-worker were at the mercy of his gags and pranks and will have lasting memories of the time or two he got them with his favorites, grease or hot sauce gags. In addition, he loved to fish, hunt, camp, ride his Harley, and most of all his many animals. He was a wiz at building, fabricating, and designing just about anything. A little-known fact of his accomplishments was he holds along with a close friend a Patten for an inline skate carrier which made it easy to carry your skates without a pack/bag.

A viewing will be held at the Colonial Rose Funeral Home on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 12:00-3:30 PM. There will be no service and internment TBD.
